SHIPPING, RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY
DELIVERY TERMS
Once orders are placed on our website and bank approval is received, all selected products will be delivered to you by the courier companies we have agreements with, ensuring transportation guarantee. If you notice any damage or crushing in your package during delivery, please arrange a Damage Compensation Form with the courier.
You will receive a confirmation email for the products you purchased. In case any of the selected products are not in stock, you will be notified by email, and the date when the product will be back in stock will be communicated to you.
Mermaidkolajen.com is a reliable online shopping site. If a product you paid for online is out of stock, we promptly take steps to restock it. If this period exceeds 3 days, you will be informed, and if the customer does not accept the waiting time, the payment will be refunded.
WARRANTY TERMS
All products in our store are under our company's warranty. We assure that we do not sell any products on our website, www.mermaid.kolajen.com, that violate the laws of the Republic of Turkey. We confirm that all medical products we sell without a prescription are approved by the Ministry of Health and Agriculture of the Republic of Turkey.
NON-PAYMENT OF PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE:
If the buyer does not pay the purchase price or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD FOR PURCHASES:
After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the buyer's payment card has been used unauthorizedly by unauthorized persons, and the sold product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, and the shipping cost will be borne by the SELLER.
UNABLE TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT WITH UNFORESEEN REASONS:
If unforeseen reasons occur for the seller, and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be communicated to the buyer. The buyer can request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the payment will be refunded in cash within 14 days. If the buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
Before accepting the delivery of the product, the buyer will inspect it, and if the product is damaged, broken, or the packaging is torn, the buyer will not accept the damaged and defective product from the courier. The received product will be deemed undamaged and sound. The buyer must carefully protect the product after delivery. If the right of withdrawal will be used, the product must not be used. RETURN CONDITIONS

You can return the product you purchased within 14 days of receiving it from the cargo by applying to mermaid.kolajen.com. No "shipping fee" will be charged for the products you will return within this scope.

Promotional products given as gifts for the product to be returned must be returned at the same time.

In order for the purchased products to be accepted for return within the "Right of Withdrawal", the original box of the purchased product must not have been damaged, and the inner packaging inside, and all accessories of the product must be sent undamaged and complete with the product.

Products that cannot be returned within the right of withdrawal are as follows: I. Products that cannot be returned due to their nature, II. The products must be checked during delivery, and in case of damage, a damage report must be prepared in the presence of the courier personnel. Unrecorded damaged products are not accepted for return. Customers who want to exchange the product they returned for another product, or who want to change the product they purchased unintentionally, can send the product they returned without damage, with its packaging and invoice, by taking over the shipping cost, to our address through the courier companies we have an agreement with. Packages sent by courier companies we do not have an agreement with will not be accepted.
Before sending the product, you must fill out the return form on the e-invoice sent to you and send it together with the product.
If the customer returns the product or cancels the purchase, the product price will be refunded to the customer within fourteen (14) days from the moment the returned product reaches mermaid.kolajen.com. For customers using the Cash on Delivery system, product returns will be made to the bank account numbers to be notified to our company.
Havale refunds will be made within 2 business days, and credit card refunds will be made within 3 business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In this case, you need to contact your bank's credit card service. After the "Cancelled" warning related to your order is printed, the entire amount is refunded to your credit card or the bank you made the transfer to. The product return amount to the credit card is made by your bank between 2-6 days. Our company has no control over this period. Refunds for installment sales are reflected to your credit card by your bank as a plus balance every month.
