DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1 - SUBJECT MATTER AND PARTIES OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement has been signed between the parties specified below under the terms and conditions set forth below.

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER agrees in advance to fulfill the obligation to pay the order amount, shipping fee, taxes, and other specified additional charges upon confirming the order subject to the contract and acknowledges being informed about it.

ARTICLE 2: DEFINITIONS

In the application and interpretation of this agreement, the following terms shall mean the explanations written opposite them.

SELLER: The company that offers goods to the consumer within the scope of its commercial or professional activities or acts on behalf of or on behalf of the entity offering goods,

BUYER: A real or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or professional purposes,

WEBSITE: The website owned by the SELLER,

ORDER GIVER: A real or legal person who requests a product or service through the SELLER's website,

PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,

CONTRACT: This agreement concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,

GOOD: The movable property subject to the purchase and software, sound, image, and similar intangible goods prepared for use in electronic media.

ARTICLE 3. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product with the qualities and sales price specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically through the website owned by the SELLER.

The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. The prices announced for a certain period are valid until the end of the specified period.

7.1. This agreement has been concluded on the date the Consumer completes the order on the WEBSITE, and a copy of the agreement has been sent to the CONSUMER's e-mail address.

ARTICLE 8 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT PRODUCT 8.1. The details of the product ordered by the consumer, the cash sales prices including taxes, and the quantity information are stated below. All products listed in the table below are hereinafter referred to as the "Product."

8.2. The basic features of the product(s) / Product(s) / Service and their types, quantities, brand/model, color, quantity, if any, are published on the SELLER's website. If the Seller has organized a campaign, you can review the basic features of the relevant product during the campaign period. The campaign is valid until the specified date.

8.3. The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. The prices announced for a certain period are valid until the end of the specified period.

8.4. The sales price of the product or service subject to the contract, including all taxes, is shown on the site. The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices.
